The Company was incorporated in Cyprus on 9 December 2009 as a private limited liability Company, with registration number ΗΕ 259056. On 14 September 2021 the Company became a Public Limited Company (PLC) and since 20 April 2022, the Company’s shares are listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange Emerging Markets.
The Company’s principal activity is the Holding of Investments and the provision of financing facilities. The Company’s investments currently includes holding of a Romanian property Company as well as participation in other listed and private companies in the Real Estate, Banking, Leasing and other sectors. The Company’s financing facilities relate to the provision of loans to related entities
The Company’s income includes dividends received, interest on bonds, interest on loans from related entities and profit from disposal of investments.
